Townhouse D-20 4th level:Open concept living room/ kitchen/dining on the top floor with a screened in porch. 3rd level: King Master BR/BA wth oversized walk in shower and granite vanity dual sinks attached balcony. Queen BR/BA with shower and bay window. 2nd level: Queen BR/BA with balcony. 2 Twins with trundles , bay window and attached bath. 1st floor laundry area and a new screened in cabana directly across from the pool. The cabana features a picnic table and ceiling fans. A new Genisis Weber grill is next to the cabana.There is a private elevator to each floor. The kitchen is well set up with waffle iron, blender, slo cooker, toaster, coffeemaker. Dishes for 12 and non breakable dishes for eating alfresco on the screen porch or cabana. WiFi in all rooms, 32" flatscreen tv in the MBR and 55" flatscreen in the living room . The view from every room is breathtaking.

Pet blankets, towels and dishes in the laundry room. Dog will require Owner's approval and guests are compleatly responsible for any issues concerning their dog.

We encourage you to enjoy the kayaks, but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LIFE JACKETS!

We have beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart for your use.

This is a completely NONSMOKING home. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. If evidence of smoking is found the total damage deposit will be forfeited.

We have recently upgraded all the kitchen appliances and will be doing additional upgrades in January 2017.

Complete happiness

Sanctuary at Seacliffs was everything we wanted and more. Clean and comfortable, with windows that look at the pristine beach, the condo was beautiful. Mary responded immediately to everything. It’s a wonderful place to spend a week... could not ask for anything more. Wish we never had to leave!

Family getaway

Just visited Sanctuary for a week and we had a great stay. Mary is awesome to communicate and answer any questions. The condo is nice and well equipped. Not really anything missing we needed for our week. The steps are steep and the elevator is tiny but other than that rooms are all nice and sleep well. The bath towels are small - so if you like large bath towels you might want to bring your own. The area is still recovering from the Hurricane in October 2018 so lots of construction in the complex going on. The entire unit (other than Mary's) is in need of repair. We didn't let that get in the way of enjoying our stay. The beach is really nice and the sunsets are gorgeous. You have a great view from the top floor of the condo. We only ate out twice and really enjoyed Peppers in downtown Port St. Joe. It's about a 30 minute drive over but a nice town to visit for a day. We also ate at Coneheads (up the street) for a quick dinner. I would recommend Mary's place and would definitely stay there again. Oh and if you get a chance go visit the town of Appalachicola it to is about 30 minutes away but a nice place to visit if you need a break from the beach!

This property was the best with updated decor, 3 screened in balconies, spacious for ten people and wonderful owner who talked with us about our needs. Will definitely use this location again. Thanks for the top notch service.
